【ああ、なんて不思議なリラクゼーション】
予約の時間ちょっと前に到着。笑顔でお出迎えをして頂き上がります。
サロンはアパートの一室ですが、女性専用でとても綺麗。中に入ると薄暗くゆっくりくつろげそうな部屋。まずカウンセリングをしてから足湯をスタート。時々お湯を足してぬるくならないように調整してゆっくり時間を過ごします。
そしていよいよマッサージ。横になったらさらに部屋を暗くしてオイルを足に塗り手当をして下さいます。そうなんです。まさに手当の言葉がふさわしい。柔らかく足を撫でて全然痛くない。
何とも不思議な瞑想の様な眠っているのか、意識があるのか無いのか、気持ちの良い時間の中で過ごしました。それから足はポカポカ熱いくらい。私は足先より足首が冷たいから、そちらを温めるようにとアドバイスを頂き、終了。
あっという間の2時間でした。またお邪魔したいと思います。
