週一でお世話になってます。
以前は突発的にお願いしてましたが、決まったリズムで行っていると、毎日を元気にイライラせずに過ごせると感じて、メンテナンスと思いお世話になってます。
今は自分にとってちょうど良いリズムだと思ってます。
日々の悩みなどグチを聞いてもらったり、ありがたい存在です。
