初めて利用させていただきました。
お店はナビで迷うことなくたどり着けました。部屋は薄暗くてそれだけでもリラックスできました。初めは少し緊張しましたが、加部さんが笑顔で話してくださったのですぐにほぐれました。
便秘の原因もとても解りやすく教えてくださって、今後気をつけるべきことがよくわかりました。
足裏マッサージは、ツボ押しとは違って優しい圧ですが、なぜかとても気持ちよくて途中口を開けて寝てしまったのが恥ずかしかったです笑。かかとや足首が気持ちよかったのが意外でした。
終わった後、美味しいハーブティを飲みながらのお喋りがマッサージと同じくらい癒されました。
今後は、頑張らないことを頑張ろうと思います！
冷え性改善のためと、愚痴を聞いてもらいにまた伺います！！
