いい気持ちで、眠ってしまいました。
アパート名を確認しないまま出発してしまったため、少し、素通りしてしまって、電話を掛けましたら、すぐに応答してくださり、無事に到着できました。道に面した建物の一つ裏にあり、ちょっと戸惑いましたが、看板を見つけて建物が分かりました。暗い部屋に通され、アンケート用紙に記入し、、足湯につかりながら、体調について、質問されました。その時には、私と同じような人の場合の効果を教えてくださいました。その後、ベッドに横たわり、足を高くした状態で、1時間足裏を土踏まずを中心にマッサージしてくださいました。部屋が暗く、足が気持ちよいので、心地よく、すっかり寝てしまいました。施術のあとは、足の浮腫みが和らいで、足が軽くなりました。日常のアドバイスで、入浴中の足湯を進めていただいたのがよかったです。
